Daisy Scout Chloe Wiess fills out a form after filling a gift box for Operation Christmas Child at St. Charles Church Monday. Girl Scouts were filling the boxes, which will be distributed to children in Africa – often the first gifts those children receive. Program coordinator Sarah Burris said that the group had enough donations to fill boxes, but still needed money for shipping.
