The Southern Lakes Blue Devils, a AAA Semi-Pro football team based out of Paddock Lake and Burlington, will hold open tryouts Saturday, Feb. 22, in Kenosha.
Players ages 18 and older can come out to Athletic Republic, 4211 Green Bay Road, from 3 to 5 p.m., and see if they have what it takes to advance their football careers.
The cost is $5, and no equipment is needed other than workout gear for the indoor facility.
The Blue Devils consist of players all over the area, from Chicago to Milwaukee to Madison. Games start in May, and practices will be held at Westosha Central High School beginning in April.
“We have set the bar high and plan on winning a championship this year,” said head coach Tom Hawkins.
