SANDRA KENDALL

      Sandra Kendall, 69, of Silver Lake, passed away Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie

Sandy was born on July 31, 1954, to Hubert E.O. and Laura (nee Knop) Sieker. She was born and raised in Burlington. She graduated from Burlington High School, class of 1972. On Aug. 12, 1973, she was united in marriage to Edward Kendall II at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Burlington. Following marriage, they lived in Burlington before moving to Silver Lake in the late 1970’s. Edward preceded her in death on Sept. 1, 2005.

Sandy started her working life at Barton’s department store before working at Nestle’s, where she held many different positions and retired after spending over 30 years making chocolate. She was a former member of St. Johns Lutheran Church. She enjoyed bird watching, reading, watching cooking shows, and caning chairs. She enjoyed her many plants, even if she wasn’t able to keep them growing. Most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Sandy is survived by her three daughters, Megan (Aaron Korsmo) Kendall, Cassandra (Matthew) Baumgart and Kenna (Stephano) Bartolone; grandchildren, Keegan, Haiden “Honey Bee”, Cali “Apple”, Isabella “Bella”, Matthew Logan, Tailynn “T.T.”, Josselin, and Rowan; siblings, Tom (Kitty) Sieker, Fred (Pam) Sieker, David (Joyce) Sieker, Sharon Sieker and Susan (Paul) Rone; brothers-in-law, Tom Kendall, Ken (Debbie) Kendall and Bob (Linda) Kendall; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, father and mother-in-law, Edward and Mary Kendall; sister-in-law, Debbie Kendall and brother-in-law David Brzek.

A funeral service for Sandra will take place on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023, at 6 p.m. at Schuette Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Kirk Lahmann officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
