Karen Lee Bruesewitz, 77, of Burlington, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Karen was born June 20, 1944, to Richard and Walda (nee Zipp) O’Hara in Burlington. She was a lifetime resident of Burlington, graduating from Burlington High School. On June 20, 1964, she was united in marriage to Dale Bruesewitz in Burlington. Following their marriage, they resided in Burlington where they raised their family. For many years Karen worked at the Standard Press as a Typesetter. Her family meant the world to her, and she treasured the time spent with children and grandchildren. She was a pet lover and loved all of God’s creatures.
Karen will be truly missed by her loving husband Dale; children, Todd (Bonnie) Bruesewitz, Scot Bruesewitz and Troy Bruesewitz; grandchildren, Chaz and Skylar; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
