Paul S. Frost, 68, was born Dec. 3, 1948, with a heart that beat harder and faster than a man’s should. It bore in him a drive to succeed and a passion to farm. It pushed him to create a multi generational farm from the earth. It pushed him to create a family of farmers, doctors, and teachers. It pushed him to fight through a decade of cancer-related health problems. And it pushed him to finish one last harvest.
That heart finally stopped Oct. 25, 2016. Now he returns to the earth and finds peace and solace on his farm with his family.
Survivors include the love of his life, Greta; sons, Stewart (Shannon) and Spencer (Heidi); daughter, Carrie (Dave); grandchildren, Gus, Ruby, Maggie, Allie, Cydelle and Kate; sisters; aunt; cousins and friends.
The family has designated Rochester Congregational Church for memorial contributions.
