Douglas Champion Temple, Oak Creek, (formerly Peoria, Ill), died July 27, 2016. He was born Aug. 13, 1930, to the late Dr. Claude and Mary Champion Temple in Mattoon, Ill. He married JoAnne Lehmann 63 years ago on July 5, 1953, in Peoria.
Services to celebrate Doug’s life are Saturday, Aug. 13. Burial is 11 a.m., at Forest Hill Memorial Park, 3301 E. Forest Hill Ave., Oak Creek. Visitation is noon-1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m., both at Faith Community Church, 7700 W. Faith Drive, Franklin. Heritage Funeral Homes is serving the family.
