THEODORE AHRENDT

Easter Lily      Theodore ‘Ted’ Ahrendt, 69, Wisconsin Dells, died peacefully Dec. 2, 2015. at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

He was born June 7, 1946, in Waukesha, to the late Norman and Elizabeth (Rozek) Ahrendt. He grew up in Waukesha. In September 1995, he married Darlene Rudolph.

He was an outdoors enthusiast, enjoying hunting, camping, inland fishing, taking his big boat to Lake Michigan and salmon fishing. He had an eye for hot cars and motorcycles, liked dancing, and he was a people person where he loved spending time with family especially his grandchildren. He was also hardworking and could be described as ‘stuck in his ways.’ He was a good listener and had no problem giving a little advice.

Survivors include his wife; sons, Mark (Tara) Ahrendt, Randy (Kim) Moore, both Waukesha, Rick (Holly) Moore, Watertown, Steve (Nicole) Doughty, Hartland; daughters, Jennifer (Don) Sitter, Oshkosh, Theresa Moore, Hartland; a brother, Larry Aherndt, Waukesha; sisters, Barbara Wallace, Sullivan, Judy Wallace, Oconomowoc, Juanita (Fred) Radtke, Big Flats; 19 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was further preceded in death by his brother, Tommy; sister-in-law, Kris; brothers-in-law, Bob and Harold Wallace.

A Celebration of Life Memorial gathering is Saturday, Dec. 12, beginning at 3 p.m., at 18 West Dining and Banquet, W325 S1767 Mickle Road, Delafield. The Picha Funeral Home and Crematory of Wisconsin Dells, is serving the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
