Patricia Louise ‘Patsy’ (Tuska) Gapinski, 77, Waterford, died peacefully Feb. 20, 2015, at Burlington Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Quantico, Va., on Dec. 7, 1937. After two years of college she met Robert Gapinski and they married on Feb. 7, 1959, in West Allis.
She was an executive secretary at Old Republic in the Risk Management area. She also loved making and painting houses and buildings for her husband’s model railroad, as well as other items for the rest of her family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Robert D. Gapinski, Waterford, Debra Fetting, Waukesha; grandchildren, Kim, Kyle and Kristen; nieces; nephews; relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister and brother-in-law, Lillian and Keith Ball.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 25, from 4-5:30 p.m., at Mealy Funeral Home, 225 W. Main St., Waterford, with services starting at 5:30 p.m. In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy Patsy’s family suggests memorials to the Gapinski family to distribute according to Patsy’s wishes.
