Mary ‘Diane’ Rateike, 69, Burlington, died Nov. 2, 2015, at her home. She was born in Milwaukee on July 9, 1946, to the late Warren R. and Bernice C. (Vohs) Kaye. She spent her early life in Milwaukee and graduated from Horlick High School in Racine. She had been a resident of Burlington for the past 43 years.
She had various jobs over the years. She worked in a factory, was a waitress at JJ’s Donut and Deli and at George Webb and had also worked at Beachview. She loved to read, do various crafts, ride motorcycles, spend time with her dogs, and live life to its fullest.
Survivors include her children, Lynda (Frank) Miller, Burlington, Kristine (Donald) Pellmann, Burlington, Robert (Brenda) Rose, Waupun, Jennifer (David) Lampton, Waupaca; grandchildren, Stacy, Sally, Susan, Jacob, Sean, Tyler, Ryan, Zach and Cole; seven great-grandchildren; her boyfriend of 17 years, Randy Gietzel; and her faithful four-legged companions, Fergie and Pepper.
She was further preceded in death by her son, Timothy Lampton Jr., and sister, Barbara (Ray) Tobias.

Services for Diane are Friday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington. The Rev. Joe Debski officiated. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Nov. 6, from 4 p.m., until the time of service. Burial will be in Burlington Cemetery.
