WILLIAM G. ANDERSON

Easter Lily William G. ‘Bill’ Anderson, 72, Dover, died March 7, 2014. He was born in Ashland on June 18, 1941, to the late William H. and Louise (Gardner) Anderson. He spent his early life in Washburn where he graduated from high school. On May 12, 1973, he married Doris Louise Duller at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dover. Following marriage they made their home in Union Grove. He worked as a physical therapist at Southern Wisconsin Center. He sang in the Johnson Wax Choir, volunteered at Aurora Memorial Hospital in Burlington, was a receptionist at the St. Francis Retreat Center, crocheted prayer shawls and made stuffed animals for the Hugs for Kids program for the police and fire department. Survivors include his wife; brother-in-law, Bob Duller, Dover; nieces, Christine (Dale) Vyvyan and Cathy (Scott) Raboldt; grand-nephews, Eric Duller, Marcus Vyvyan and Rand Raboldt; numerous nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. He was further preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Bernadette Duller. Memorials are suggested to Kansasville Fire & Rescue Department. The family would like to thank Kansasville Rescue and the entire staff of Aurora Medical who helped make Bill’s life more comfortable. A special thank you to family and friends who showed their love and support over the years. Services are Saturday, April 5, at 3 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington, with Chaplain Larry Williams officiating.
