Richard Elmer Leick Sr., 65, Waterford, died June 22, 2014.
He was born Sept. 19, 1948, in Milwaukee. He married Christine on July 30, 1983. They resided in Waterford, where last July they celebrated 30 years together.
He was a member of Tichigan Fire Department and The Lions Club. He also entertained with music for many years. He was widely known for his dress attire.
Survivors include his loving wife; children, Janice (Matthew) Lambert, Richard Jr. (Jaime) Leick, Jessica (Craig) Biwer, Nicole (Travis) Luedtke, Billi Jo (Michael) Morgan, Christina (Jason) Wiseman, Kimberly (Travis) Squires, Anthony Leick; and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Ann (Foti) Leick, along with Christine’s parents, Paul and Jeannette Rydzik.
Family and friends may visit with the family at Community Methodist Church, 455 S. Jefferson St., Waterford, Saturday, June 28, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a memorial service to follow. Private burial is per family’s request.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the family are greatly appreciated.
