Olive June (Rich) Nemath, 92, Waterford, died peacefully on Feb. 22. She was born on June 22, 1921, to the late Loyal and Laura Rich.
She married James Nemath on June 7, 1947. She retired from General Motors to enjoy the nature and wildlife of Shawano. She was a mother, a homemaker and animal lover extraordinaire. “Your afghans will surround us all with love and memories forever.”
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Warras, Patricia (Dennis) Burgener; her son, James; granddaughters, Stephanie Miller and Aimee (Bob) Brohl; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Evan and Charlotte; other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death and reunited in heaven with her husband and daughter, Mary Janice.
A memorial gathering is Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m., until time of services at 11:30 a.m., at Mealy Funeral Home, 225 W. Main St., Waterford. The Rev. Lawrence Williams will officiate.
In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, memorials to the Wisconsin Humane Society or Linden Grove New Berlin would be appreciated.
