Michelle A. Jackley, 49, Burlington, died Feb. 25, 2014, at Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington.
She was born in Burlington, March 4, 1964, to the late Walter W. and Marcella (Develski) Vogel. She spent her early life in Burlington where she graduated from Burlington High School.
On June 1, 1985, she married the love of her life, Charles R. Jackley. They were together 36 years and married for 28 years. Following marriage they made their home in Lyons.
She was employed for 25 years at Burlington Family Chiropractic. She enjoyed fishing, pinning, gardening, cooking, canning, spending time with her dog, Sophie, and going to their cabin up north.
Survivors include her husband; their fur babies, Sophie and Taesia; her mother-in-law, Janice Jackley and Ron Dickman; siblings, Agnes (Chuck) Stophlet, Colleen (Rich) Kuzelka; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Rick (Mary) Jackley, Jim (Terri) Jackley, Pam (Jeff Gunderson) Jackley; nieces and nephews, Becky and Manny Chagas, John and Courtney, Michael; numerous other nieces and nephews.
She was further preceded in death by her sisters, Joanne and Donna; brother, Delbert; father-in-law, Robert E. Jackley.
