LOUISE A. WARNER

Easter Lily  Louise A. Warner, 81, Burlington, died July 6, 2014, at her home. She was born in Burlington on May 21, 1933, to the late Edward and Elizabeth (Brook) Tess. She spent her early life in Burlington where she graduated from St. Mary’s High School.

She met and fell in love with Lawrence Warner and they were married in Michigan. They lived most of their married life in Burlington. He preceded her in death in 1990.

She was a homemaker and a member of God’s Place Church in Burlington. She enjoyed attending Bible studies, reading, playing bingo, journaling, collecting various things and scrapbooking. Most of all she loved her family and was always very supportive of them, just as they were supportive of her.

Survivors include her children, Beth (Stephen) Leffelman, Joanne (Peter) Rome, Greg (Devera) Warner; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a brother, Roger (Beverly) Tess.

She was further preceded in death by eight siblings.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family or Common Grounds Coffee House in Burlington are suggested.

The family would like to thank Riverview Manor, VNA Hospice and all the family and friends who visited with her to comfort her during this time.
