Kathleen Therese Lee, 75, Burlington died May 5, 2014, at Village Glen in Lake Geneva. She was born Aug. 28, 1938, to the late Thomas and Catherine (Goldrick) Redmond in Chicago. Her early life was spent in Chicago. She graduated from Proviso East high School and Loyola University.
On Jan. 1, 1978, she married Robert Lee in Chicago. Following their marriage they resided in the western suburbs of Chicago. She worked various jobs including teaching and as a secretary. She attended St. Peters Church in East Troy. She enjoyed putting puzzles together, studying the history of World War II and photography. She loved being around animals especially raising horses.
Survivors include her husband; son, William (Jennifer Burkhart) Lee, Burlington; brother, Tom (Carmen) Redmond, Wayzata, Minn.; nieces; nephews; cousins other relatives and friends.
She was further preceded in death by her sister, Helen Nolan.
The family has suggested memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
A private memorial service will take place in June in Chicago. Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home & Crematory, Burlington, is serving the family.
