Judyne K. Kurth, 69, Jefferson, died June 20, 2014, at the University Hospital in Madison.
She was born on Nov. 13, 1944, in Vernon, to the late Gustave and Lillian (Rickman) Henschel.
She married Robert Kurth on Jan. 13, 1962, in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on July 14, 2010.
Judyne was a homemaker and cook. She owned and operated the Pizza Palace in Fredonia. She enjoyed bingo and making ceramics.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family.
Survivors include her daughters, Debbie (Steven) Schlotthauer, Lake Mills, Patricia Kumar, Whitewater, Karen (Adam) McGeough, Jefferson, Terri (Kenneth) McGeough, Whitewater; son, Charles (Misty) Kurth, Evansville; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sister, Tammy Duran, Lake Mills; brothers, Wayne (Angel) Bornick, Madison, Jesse (Jackie) Henschel, Seymour.
She was further preceded in death by her brother, LeRoy Henschel; granddaughter, Amanda Schlotthauer; great-grandson, James Mullen; son-in-law, Ashok Kumar.
Funeral services are Sunday, June 29, at 3 p.m., at Schneider-Michaelis Funeral home, 900 W. Racine St., Jefferson, with the Rev. Angel Bornick officiating. Visitation is June 29, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Robert and Judyne will be buried together in the Union Cemetery at a later date.
