Dennis R. Boyle, Burlington, died peacefully Jan. 2, 2013.
A well-respected attorney, Dennis served the community through the Boyle Law Office for 50 years in Burlington. His clients and friends enjoyed his infectious laugh, his jovial sense of humor, and his love and appreciation of music. The “Swingin’ Piano Man” CDs he self recorded, packaged and freely distributed during his retirement are a memorial to his creativity and musical joie de vivre. He loved antique V8 Fords, chocolate sundaes, traveling with his family, and annual fishing trips to Canada. He will be forever loved and remembered
Survivors include his wife and best friend, Dianne (Reynolds); Mark (Colleen), Meg, Maureen, and Tim (M.T.); grandchildren, Bridget (Joe), Kate (Jon), Dennis, Grace and Lily; great-grandchildren, Julian and William; and devoted brother, Joseph (Ann).
A service in honor of his life is Friday, Jan. 11, at 6 p.m., at St. Charles Church, 440 Kendall St., Burlington. The Rev. Steve Amann will officiate. Relatives and friends may visit with the family at the church on Friday, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home & Crematory, Burlington, is serving the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Charles School Drama Club, 449 Conkey St., Burlington, or the Lincoln Lutheran Harmony Club of Burlington, 2000 Domanik Drive, Racine, WI 53404, would be appreciated.
