BONNIE J. SEEGER

Easter Lily

Bonnie J. Seeger, 63, Lyons, died Nov. 23, 2013, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Burlington, Aug. 14, 1950, to the late Harry D. and Jean M. (Mehring) Clark. Harry died when Bonnie was young and her mother married Charles Zwiebel, who Bonnie loved as her father. She spent her early life in Waterford, Eagle River and Burlington. Following high school she received an associate degree in secretarial science.

She had lived in the Burlington area for the last 25 years. She worked at J.I. Case, Racine, and Southern Lakes Newspapers, Burlington. She enjoyed camping, gardening, watching cooking shows to better enhance her love of cooking and was an avid Packer fan. Her biggest passion in life was her daughter and granddaughter.

Survivors include her daughter, Ashley Lynn Tousignant, Crystal Lake, Ill.; granddaughter, Keigan Paisley Tousignant; sisters, Nancy (Jim) Strelow, Kathy (Eric) Herr, all Burlington; nieces and nephews, Tina (Mike) Clark, Tony (Dana) Metzger, Nichole (Roli Gamez) Thomas, Amanda (Mark) Hoffman; and many great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, stepfather, and son-in-law, David Tousignant.

Visitation is Saturday, Nov. 30, from 2 p.m., until time of services at 4 p.m., at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington. The Rev. Jon Piek will officiate.
