The Village of Waterford is hosting a design-a-sign contest to promote safe driving in the Village. All students entering grades K-8 in a Waterford Graded School District school or St. Thomas Aquinas may enter.
If interested, pick up/print out a design form. Then, submit a drawing at an upcoming school open house nights, Aug. 27-28, to:
• Waterford Library, 101 N. River St., or
• Village Hall, 123 N. River St.
All submissions must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 30.
All entries will be voted on by the Waterford community and winning designs will be made into a yard traffic sign.
