Two Waterford men are each charged with felony second-degree sexual assault, as a party to a crime, after allegedly taking home a woman they met in a local bar and forcing sexual contact on her.

According to the criminal complaint filed July 3 in Racine County Circuit Court:

Jeffrey G. Wilson, 26, and Travis S. Rezutek, 27, both of 106 N. Center St., Waterford, invited the victim, age 28, to their home June 9 after socializing with her earlier that evening at a local bar.

The victim said that while at the house, Rezutek forcibly removed her clothes while Wilson held her down, and each sexually assaulted her.

The woman said she gave no consent for either Wilson or Rezutek to have sexual contact with her.

Rezutek admitted to multiple sexual acts with the woman. Wilson at first described the sexual contact as consensual; he later revised his statement to say the sex with Rezutek was forced.

Wilson also admitted to having a little bit of sex for only a couple of seconds with the woman.

If convicted, each faces $100,000 in fines; 40 years in prison; or both.

Wilson and Rezutek were both scheduled to be in court July 11 for preliminary hearings, at which time a judge would determine if there is probable cause each committed the crime with which they are charged and whether their cases should be set for trial.
