Sheriff’s Department warns of possible police impersonator in Western Racine County

 

The Racine County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a possible impersonation of a law enforcement officer in the Town of Yorkville at about 5 a.m. this morning.

 

According to a press release from the Sheriff’s Department, the suspect vehicle pulled over another vehicle in Yorkville. The suspect vehicle was described as a dark colored, full-sized, four-door sedan with flashing red and blue lights on the dashboard of the vehicle. The suspect vehicle also had a partial license plate with the letters PRJ.

 

The suspect driver did not make any contact with the vehicle that was stopped. The suspect drove off before deputies arrived.
