A car crash in the Town of Waterford Saturday took the life of Terri Gray, 52, of Waterford – a private person who worked a high-profile job in the community as Executive Director for the Union Grove Area Chamber of Commerce.

As of press time Wednesday, the incident is considered a fatal traffic accident but it continues to be under investigation, according to Lt. Steve Sikora of the Racine County Sheriff’s Department.

Services for Gray were held Wednesday in Muskego. Survivors include her husband, Phil, of Waterford; three children; three grandchildren; her parents, in-laws, siblings and other relatives.

“Terri was the heart of our Chamber.  She will be missed by many,” said Chamber President Eric Daniels, who emailed members of the tragedy Tuesday.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to Phil and her family during this time of grief,” Daniels said.
