  1. Too bad they had soil the fair’s 90th anniversary by inviting Ted “Nut Job” Nugent. People who say things like: “Obama’s a piece of EXPLETIVE DELETED, and I told him to suck on my machine gun.” should not be given a stage to spew their hatred anywhere, let alone our fair.

He’s a Deadbeat Dad, has been married twice, had children out of wedlock and became the legal guardian of a 17 year old because she was too young legally marry him. And this man is in no way a sportsman as he has been twice convicted of illegal hunting.

He also said: “If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.” He’s either an ignorant blowhard or a dangerous traitor. I suspect the former, but either way this man does not represent anything that’s good or wholesome and should never have been invited tobring his creeiness the Racine County Fair!

    • That is a perfect example of the difference between a democrat(progressive whatever) and everyone else. Prohibit someone from performing at the fair. Most people if they do not agree or like someones music would just decide to not go to the concert.
Obviously thousands of people disagree with Mr.Cranley and enjoyed the show. They probably weren’t too concerned if he was married twice or represents anything wholesome.

      • It’s not his “performance” that’s at issue, it’s his fear & loathing, not to mention his criminal behaviour. That’s the difference between Progressives and Right-Wing-Nut-jobs. We don’t believe in prohibiting anyone, but we also don’t believe in giving an invitation to a whacko has-been (whose music I used to listen to) who spews violent, hateful nonsense, that has no basis in fact, thus giving him a platform and credibility with those whose minds are easily swayed by fear-mongering conspiracy theories and Forked-Tongue & Fangs, Snake-in-the-Grass Venom.

If I could think of a comparably vile figure on the left to use as an example of who should NOT be invited to the fair, that perhaps would help you understand, I would. But fortunately, I cannot think of one. Maybe you can.

    • Stranglehold rocks! Cranley is a geek geezer hater.
