Trump to appear at local Republican Fall Fest Saturday

Event has been moved to Walworth County Fairgrounds

The annual First Congressional District Republican Party Fall Fest will have a special guest Saturday.

Republican Presidential Nominee Donald Trump is scheduled to appear at the Fall Fest, which was originally scheduled for Brightonwoods Orchards in Burlington but has been moved to the Walworth County Fairgrounds in Elkhorn, presumably to accommodate a larger crowd.

An official at the Burlington GOP Party headquarters confirmed the news Thursday afternoon.

Among the other confirmed guests for the event are Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, Sen. Ron Johnson, Gov. Scott Walker and and Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus.

Tickets range from $10 for students to $30 for individuals. Ticket information is available here. Gates are scheduled to open at 11 a.m. and the program is slated to start at 1:30 p.m.

There are also host sponsorship levels of $1,000 for the diamond level, $500 for platinum, $250 for gold and $125 for silver.
