A temporary greenhouse and garden center formerly located near Pick ‘n Save received approval from the City of Burlington Plan Commission to move Tuesday night.
The former site is where the new retail development is going in to the south of Pick ‘n Save along Milwaukee Avenue.
With that site no longer viable, the Plan Commission gave its approval for the seasonal center to move to the former Kmart parking lot, next to the small coffee shop located near the front of that lot.
The approval comes with conditions that the owner, Bryan Linstroth, work out an acceptable traffic pattern and fencing.
