Burlington Area School District Board Clerk Rosanne Hahn was appointed to the Board of Directors for Wisconsin Association of School Boards last week.
“I’m kind of surprised, because there are a lot of good candidates,” Hahn said. “I’m happy to serve.”
Hahn will represent WASB Region 13, which includes 47 school districts in southeastern Wisconsin.
In her role as the WASB Region 13 director, Hahn will serve as an advocate for school districts in southeastern Wisconsin and across the state.
John Ashley, executive director of the WASB, welcomed Hahn to the board.
“Her fresh perspective will be a valuable addition,” Ashley said. “We look forward to having Rosanne join us and share her knowledge on public school leadership.”
