CATHE to dive down the rabbit hole

The CATHE Center Youth Theater, 125 E. State St. Burlington, is currently in production with “Alice in Wonderland Jr.”

Show dates are Friday, May 20, Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22. Friday and Saturday shows begin at 7 p.m. while Sunday shows are 2 p.m. matinees.

There will also be a 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday. Tickets are $7, and available through the Coffee House at Chestnut and Pine, 492 N. Pine Street, Burlington, or at brownpapertickets.com.

The theater is general seating only, and no saving of seats or seating of partial parties will be allowed.

The show tells the popular children’s story of Alice, who falls down the rabbit hole and encounters all sorts of fantastical beings in Wonderland, including the White Rabbit, the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts.

The show is directed by Bruce Carroll, with Jenny Hoffman the music director and Leslie Hopkins-Huntress the choreographer.

The cast, which Carroll preferred to keep unspecific, includes: Austin Adam, Tyler Adam, Hannah Beyer, Ana Bishop, Ava Bishop, Abigail Burie, Heather Carroll, Willow Causey, Linley Cooper, Paige Davis, Elijah Dawidziak, Eli Dosemagen, Molly Eisenhauer, Josh Gruber, Raiyaa Huntress, Kaitlyn Hynes, A.J. Ivkovich, Julian Ivkovich, Jane Juszkiewicz, Kyra Ketland, Joey Koepeen, Grace Lashbrook, Jayden Mader, Koleton Mangold, Kaitlyn Mingus, Kyleigh Mingus, Henri Blue Monstrisse, Darcie Nestler, Amanda Northrop, Trinity Northrop, Lily Northrop, Delaney Ott, Raegan Rediger, Jillian Smith, Maggie Aquires, Rhiannon Storm, Rowan Suhre, Eloise Thole Quinn Turke, Ella Turke, Abby Zimmerman and Jocee Zimmerman.
