Daniel M. Spaight, formerly of East Troy, passed away on April 27, 2025 at his granddaughter’s home in Eau Claire. He was born in Burlington on July 7, 1942.
Daniel was preceded in death by his wife Sue and brother Jim. He is survived by his sons, John and Mark; granddaughter Hailey; two great-granddaughters; as well as his sisters, Nancy Odom and Karen Spaight of Southern Shores, North Carolina; his cousin Dave Clancy; numerous nephews and nieces, and other relatives.
He will be interred with members of the Spaight family including his parents in East Troy.
Dan grew up in East Troy, graduated from East Troy High School in 1960 and spent his early business career before his National Guard service in the East Troy area. His business ventures took him to Mississippi and North Carolina before settling in the Portage area.
Dan was active in the Lions Club in East Troy for years. He enjoyed socializing with his friends and family and was a life-long Green Bay Packer fan.
Services will be private.
