RANDY SCHNEIDER

      Randy Schneider, 73, of Elkhorn, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at St Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.

Randy was born September 12, 1947, to Walter and Myrtle (nee Hamilton) Schneider in Milwaukee. His early life was spent in Milwaukee where he graduated from South Division High School. Following high school, he was drafted into the U.S. Army and was stationed in Italy. In 1978, he was united in marriage to Sue Henning in Shawano. Following their marriage, they lived in various locations until 1983 when they moved to Burlington to raise their family.

Randy was employed at Nestles, East Troy Ready Mix and Valvoline throughout the years. He was an avid sports fan. He loved watching the Wisconsin professional sport teams as well as NASCAR. He even enjoyed watching golf. He liked the outdoors and took pleasure in doing his yard work.

Randy will sadly be missed by his wife Sue; children, Amanda, Yvonne (Joseph Heck), Melanie (Nicholas Riggle), Danielle (Jusiah Fuoss) and Wendy (Justin Gorski); 12 grandchildren, Corrine, Dylan, Laureli, Madison, Lillian, Michael, Lacy, Kendall, Marissa, Nicholas Jr., Hope and Bella; his sister Judith (Richard) Knapp, five nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Walter Jr.

The family has suggested that memorials be made to the Lyons Fire Department in honor of Randy.

Randy’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff in the ICU at St. Luke’s Hospital for all their care and compassion throughout this difficult time.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 2 until 4 p.m. at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home. Randy will be laid to rest at St. Joseph’s Cemetery following the visitation.
