Union Grove will host the community’s annual Fourth of July parade Monday beginning at 9:15 a.m.

The parade is a community celebration and a show of appreciation to county, current military members and veterans, according to organizers.

It is a joint effort of the Greater Union Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and Bixby-Hansen American Legion Post 171.

The theme for this year’s parade is “National Treasure.”

The parade will begin on Highway 11 at the Racine County Fairgrounds and proceed east to Highway 45 where it will continue north to Union Grove High School.
